Yes, if I load that save and look at gArmsDealersInventory [4][218] (4: Gabby, 218: JAR_ELIXIR) I get the following:

SpecialItem = std::vector of length 0, capacity 0, uiOrderArrivalTime = 42, ubQtyOnOrder = 2 '\002',
fPreviouslyEligible = 1 '\001'}

Which means he doesn't currently have any but should get 2 elixirs on day 42.

However, I wonder why fPreviouslyEligible is 1; if this is really the first interaction with Gabby's store this should be 0, which would make the initial 3 elixirs available.
