Hi there, yes that's strange about Vatican city - it's official international dial code is +379, but I've checked a few real numbers via Google Maps, and they all start +39. I will update it.
And yes you're right - the 5th param is country order (for countries that share the same dial code), basically just to make sure that the most likely country is selected if you type it's dial code. But Guadeloupe's 5th param is actually set to 0: https://github.com/Bluefieldscom/intl-tel-input/blob/master/src/js/data.js#L462-L468

Yes you are right on Guadeloupe, my mistake. Apparently Vatican city has +379 reserved for them but they still don't use it

Ok this should be fixed in v2.0.6. I also added the formatting for Vatican City. Can you confirm this fixes the issue for you?
