Foldout for structs

While not a complete solution, the next release will show foldouts on structs that contain a reference type within them. To give an example,

// Foldout because it contains a reference type (Items)
struct ShowsWithFoldout {
    public List<int> Items;
}

// No foldout because it only contains other primitives / value-types
struct NoFoldout {
    public int A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H;
}

I've got the initial version of the new graph-based metadata engine implemented now. Structs work great inside of it, and it additionally will enable some other nifty editor tricks in the future.
