Oddly my noise control script box looks different to yours though
from efficiency-nodes-comfyui.
So the image I posted was misleading, its just what your node looks like with the add_seed_noise unchecked. It runs unless you check CFG denoiser then it outputs this error.

Also I have trouble using the uni_pc family of samplers with your efficiency_sampler, maybe its related ??

I am not sure from where this Noise control Script node is coming from as pairing may be important as values and tensors may differ and it can throw a new error. Select the one I used and test again and update.
