Which add ons are you using besides Bagnon? Could you try to disable all others to check if the bug persists?

i use too many addons lol when i turned off everything expect bagnon the guild bank was fine.

adi bags. http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/adibags Don't get me wrong, I like your mod, but I like how adi bags sorts the items into categories. And Adi bags doesn't have guildbank support so I was looking for a mod that did other than ark inventory
