Yes the file is there and its jekyll not building files with underscore is the issue: https://docs.github.com/en/pages/setting-up-a-github-pages-site-with-jekyll/about-github-pages-and-jekyll#configuring-jekyll-in-your-github-pages-site

What solved my issue is adding this in our github action step

- name: Build Storybook 🧩
   run: npm run build-storybook

- name: Add nojekyll file to read underscore files 📋
   run: cd storybook-static && touch .nojekyll

@maxkostin have you found a workaround for this? I am experiencing the same issue in our github-actions :(

Is this happening with a specific type of file? For example only files starting with the underscore prefix?

I'm also wondering if you can run ls on the directory because the deploy action runs to validate that these files are correctly being generated at the location you expect them to be.
