In the past, I was able to turn it to PDF on this computer (the one turning the errors) too, until about half a year ago. It suddenly stopped to function. Since then, I removed CALIBRI and re-installed it again, several times, but with no favorable outcome. I am still able to do it on the other computer, but it takes time to move between the computers.

Sorry I didn't read your post correct at the first sight. This is the calibre-WEB repository, it has nothing to do with calibre itself (beside using the same database). Please ask for help from the calibre community (https://calibre-ebook.com/get-involved)
