Did you mean when you hover over the point it doesn't show you the option to select? Is this for specific vertices, or all vertexes in a sample? It sounds like something is going on with the spatial index, where it's not finding the vertex at the pointer hover location. Does it go away if you reload the workspace?

Yeah, when you hover near a point, it should highlight the node as in the 2nd image, but getting it to highlight is very finnicky and requires being on the exact voxel. I don't recall it being this difficult in the desktop version. It appears to be a general thing that affects all vertices. Reloading doesn't appear to make a difference.
