ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'softlearning.utils'

If you have also installed softlearning in the same python environment, it is possible it is looking for utils there instead of in the softlearning folder. To see if this is the case, you can check where your softlearning import is coming from:

python -c "import softlearning; print(softlearning.__path__)"

If it is finding something outside of the mbpo repo, then the easiest solution would be to install mbpo in a separate environment.

I made an assumption the setup.py file would put this all into my environment. I need to execute mbpo from within the repository.
