Why you get this error?

the logic for generating chunks.json file was removed in razzle 4.
this is why after.js is not working with razzle 4.

How to fix it?

Install the razzle plugin that contains the code for generating the related file.

razzle-plugin-manifest

install the plugin: yarn add -D razzle-plugin-manifest

create a new file in root directory of project (next to the package.json) called razzle.config.js and load plugin into razzle config:
