This is a ROT decryptor that cannot only decrypt the classical ROT13 encryption but detect other ROTX encryptions based on common words in the english language. Note that if the text is too short, there may not be enough data available to detect the encryption rotation, in which case the app will assume ROT13 encryption, which may be false

Super quick tool I use to determine if the bit depth of some audio files in a large collection is greater than 24, since playing those on older Pioneer players has caused issues in the past. Identifying them in bulk makes it easy to convert them to a lower bit depth, so that they can be played on older Pioneer equipment without issue
