可以同时操作notify和write方法，每个characteristic唯一对应一个callback。只要这个characteristic发生了数据变化，就会调用其唯一的callback。不论这个数据变化是write异或notify引起的。

@Jasonchenlijian @ErebusHu 是有这个问题，我在write的sucess里面启动 notify ， 结果notify 没有任何的数据返回，但如果独立用一个 button来启动 确可以收到数据，请支持一下， write sucess成功了再notify相对合理，而且减少操作对用户体验也好
