Blockers:
- Functional interfaces (SAM)
- Tried to convert them to typealias, but they seem to require a return value (Unit) when called from Java, rendering them useless
- Tried to keep them as java-interfaces. Works well in Java, but type-information is lost when trying to call them from Kotlin, rendering them useless.
Minor problems:
- Type information lost in ExceptionHandler, probably easily fixable
from javalin.

Ended up keeping Javalin main class and all SAMs as Java.
