I have never worked on it, So I am not sure what would be the best thing to do in here.

I also tried to convert the file it does seems there isn't any software available for it.
The only two I can think of, that might possibly do the trick are:

https://fileproinfo.com/tools/converter/enc

Hope you can get some other course that might be the replacement of above once.
