There was a bug introduced in commit
cbf53ab that led to duplicate data being downloaded due to the files being improperly named to include the start date twice rather than the start and end date. In the file names you listed, that seems to be happening. The bug is fixed by commit d516bc5.
Let me know if that fixes the problem for you. You can use the ofx_rename.py tool to fix your already-downloaded files.

Sorry, I should have checked to see if I was using the latest version. I updated finance-dl from 1.2.1 to 1.3.1 and it works fine now. Thanks!

@philipsd6 Curious if you're still able to download OFX for Chase accounts with this library? I'd found this Stack Overflow thread about setting that up, but recent answers indicate that Chase changed the access patterns so individuals can no longer accomplish this
