Oops... sorry about that. After I made the last change, where I prepended sh +x to the command to avoid permission-related errors, I only tested the script directly rather than through the shortcut.

The issue was that with shell=False, Popen expects the first element in the command to be a file path, not a command. I've updated the README with a new change in the bash-shortcuts' instanceManager.py.

Essentially, replace the line you previously modified with self.shortcutProcess = subprocess.Popen(' '.join(command), shell=True) and reboot. With this adjustment, the shortcut should now run as expected.
