Customise the service name to support CI at Scale

Perhaps it would be better to have another issue to allow for discussion on how the dynamic service naming might work and perhaps include the service.environment as well.

What about having multiple options?

1. Manually specified, defaulting to "jenkins" as is now
2. Dynamic based on URL using something like grok to extract parts you want and combine them into service name

I wonder, do we want to close this issue as done after merging and release #97? Or keep it open for the proposal for the dynamic based on URL?
