Thanks for the reply! What do I need to do on my end? I reinstalled the plugin, but it is still showing "invalid URL" for my blank fields. I am fairly new to WP and again appreciate any help. Thanks!!

Is the issue because I'm using this on a page versus post? I created a new custom field grouping and added it to a new page. Still not working. Not sure what is meant by "republishing" (sorry for my being a novice with WP).

It works in posts and pages. Republishing was just to save the post/page with the link on it which I am guessing yo did.

Did the auto update work? are you on version 1.5.5?
