@bramley-turner-stride - thanks! I fixed the key type in README.

For the ReadSvc, there is a performance issue in Service Fabric when there's read contention on a single key. In theory, there should be no throughput drop (all take read locks so they don't block each other) but actually in my experiments it drops to ~50 reads/sec (!!) with 1 key vs 175k reads/sec with 1M keys. I've reported the issue to the team.

Now that the single-key read throughput issue is fixed in 6.1, I've changed this to 1M keys for the read throughput workload. Single-key read throughput is now ~130k/sec.
