This definitely works on (my) 64-bit machines, but according to libuv source code (libuv/src/win/util.c) on 32-bit machines os_uname().sysname returns MINGW32_NT-xx.xx so this will still fail on 32-bit machines. I don't have a 32-bit machine to test this. On 32- and 64-bit machines os_uname().version returns Windows xx so using .version instead of .sysname should succeed on both 32-bit and 64-bit machines in assigning is_windows = true.
