Strange error, program won't load images anymore

Resolved the issue, there were a couple (corrupt?) images in the folder that taggui had last loaded so trying to start it would yield that error until I deleted the images. Weirdly enough the images still worked and I could view them so I am unsure what exactly was wrong with them to cause this issue, all I did was rotate them in MS paint then save them again as .webp.

I attached it in a zip since github said it won't support the filetype.... It's a perfectly normal image generated from dalle-3 and it only started problems due to the rotation modification I did in MS paint I guess.

I am unable to open the image in most image viewer programs, so the image seems to be corrupted in some way.

I added some error handling code in v1.23.0 for corrupted images.
