The RawDrupalContext extends the RawMinkContext from the Mink Extension, so you could use $this->visitPath('my/path') if you're extending the DrupalContext or the RawDrupalContext.

But in answer to your question, there isn't a way I know of to extend from both.

So why include mink in behat.yml context in the first place?
One could just extending it from WhateverContext -- and include WhateverContext in behat.yml

Steps can be used from multiple, independent, contexts. So you could use steps in your scenarios from both, you just can't call methods on one context from another.
