Update the chinese translation for JHipster v7

Thanks a lot @wangxinxx! I know it's not an easy job. If only we were using a real i18n system from the beginning.

You can use this diff to see what was changed since commit d3ace3059c which I have identified as the latest commit on which the translation is based: jhipster/jhipster.github.io@d3ace30...main

This will help you find which text has been changed. For the assets, I guess you can just copy/paste from the https://github.com/jhipster/jhipster.github.io repo.
