Hi friend !
I have exactly the same problem when using rx OR tx mode !
I tried to change the channel, but I am not sure to well understand the setup instructions when it is said: " You should specify correct value for data channel according to captured connection setup procedure"
I didn't manage to capture a single BLE packet until now !
Have you been able to solve the issue ?

Most cases, you need to adjust the gain setting. I confirm the tools work fine now.
