Create lilypond procedures to reduce manual work in hymns

Made some progress on this, but there is still a significant amount of work to do. What I did was to take the satb.ly template (and related files) from the lilypond library and made significant modifications to it. The result is that each hymn will be reduced to a single file, and include the "bumby_hymnal_style.ly" file after all the note variables are set. That one file will produce all the needed materials; and our style will be encapsulated in the bumby_hymnal_style.ly file. Overrides will be made available so that individual hymns will be able to tweak layout controls to deal with unique spacing issues. At this point only Abide With Me works with the new approach; and only the sheet music and slides are created.

After some time, and much frustration, I have abandoned this effort. I learned a lot along the way; but I think I'll retreat to the template pattern that more easily allows for customizations - both large and small.
