A Full-Stack Web Developer with 8+ years of experience in agile development. Through the DevOps learning path, I gained a thorough understanding of DevOps principles and acquired the necessary skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. I can now implement continuous integration and delivery, as well as automate infrastructure deployment and management.

In my role as a DevOps practitioner, I successfully migrated Explore California's static website from AWS virtual machines to Kubernetes containers. I containerized the website and used Helm to create a deployment chart, which allowed me to deploy the site onto a local Kubernetes cluster provisioned with Kind. I then deployed the website to AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service and AWS Elastic Container Registry, enabling Explore California to scale their website with confidence. This experience demonstrates my ability to provide reliable cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes.

At a travel booking company, I streamlined the application development process by implementing DevOps principles. I containerized the website using Docker and Docker Compose and wrote unit and integration tests using RSpec, Capybara, and Selenium. I deployed the website to the cloud with Terraform and automated the build, test, and deployment process with Jenkins.

My focused skills and technologies include Python, PHP, React (for building scalable user interfaces in applications), JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with an advanced workflow that includes Less, Sass, jQuery, GIT, and SVN-based versioning.

At Build.to, I own the build of maintainable codebases using WordPress. I am responsible for designing and implementing new features and functionality, ensuring high performance and availability, managing all technical aspects of the CMS, and troubleshooting technical issues.

My certifications demonstrate my passion for technology and my commitment to learning and development. I am confident in leveraging my skills and knowledge to contribute to any organization that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
