2. 需要的功能是基于原有状态运行一步DNC，返回状态和输出
环境封装成类似gym一样的接口,带有step和reset函数,就可以直接运行DNC.
3. 请问哪一个文件实现了这样的功能？
如果是自己的环境,封装成gym接口,详情请参考env, 并在utils完成环境的注册和options的参数修改.
