Download the project
Open cmd and go in the folder where there is manage.py file
Run this command
python manage.py runserver

But before that dependecies have to be installed.... isn't it....

I changed db setting to db.sqlite3 but
I am not able to register , its not taking voterid after click in regiter voter id same page apppears but its not registered
and I tried creating new user through admin settings but not able to login in

First add the voter details by login into admin account under the add voter section
Then you have to register and a otp will come on the number which the admin has entered in the voter details(add voter section).
