Renamed "MORE ABOUT" Section

I've implemented section renaming in 407aefd.
At the moment I have access to Mathematica versions 8.0, 9.0, and 10.0 on Linux.
It works in those versions.

Of course checking whether it works as expected in other versions and operating
systems would be helpful.

As to changing the headline, currently I don't have a good implementation of it.
I've tried putting whole "AnchorBarGrid" cell to CellFrameLabels and to
CellDingbat, but I couldn't force Mathematica to properly resize that cell
when window size changes. This reduces usability which, I think, is more
important than name of the button.

I've also tried putting conditional CellFrameLabels and CellDingbat on
inline cell containing just "More About >>" text, but I found no way of
actually making, anything outside cell frame (like frame label or
cell dingbat), visible in inline cells.

If anyone has an idea how to implement it I'm open to suggestions.
