There is currently no mechanism to do this. I will add one.

Fixed with the latest image. You can use the JDOWNLOADER_MAX_MEM environment variable, it's probably easier than the JDownloader2.vmoptions file.

Hey @jlesage Thanks so much for the fast implementation of the max memory Env Variable! However, I've had to roll back as I couldn't get this version to load up. It'd just load, then instantly stop working. This would happen regardless of whether the new variable was set or not.
