Error requesting stream URL from EPG

You can make a re-setup. So you can be sure that no old settings will conflict 
the program. 
# Make sure the program is closed.
# Open the explorer. In address line type "%APPDATA%\Kartina.TV". 
# Delete file vlcrec.db.sqlite there. 
When restarting the program it you should input all settings again.

Also check your network settings. Some trojans insert a pirated nameserver or 
proxy there which can change the requests.

Removing the SQLite database file did not fix the problem.
I log in, get EPG retrieved for a day for any channel but the play button spits 
out the same error message.
I will try the debug binary that you built today...

The problem went away after upgrade to 2.68.
