My name is pronounced as Shoa-wn, like "Shown" but with A, but I usually answer by any "Jon" sounding, I'm a software engineer with a passion for building solutions. I have been working in the field since 2014, I have had the pleasure of working with companies across different continents, including Brazil, North America, Europe, and Asia.

I graduated in "System Analysis and Development", and I have focused my skills in full-stack development and have taken on roles as a Tech Lead.

I'm a firm functional programming evangelist. However, I've worked with different architectures and paradigms, appreciating the diversity they bring to the table.

In addition to my role as an engineer, I also engage in mentorship, providing guidance and support to professionals at various levels, including senior, intermediate, and junior softwares engineers. I find great joy in helping others grow and succeed in their careers.
