Export static files

from mdss.

For static files in content directory, export to same location in dest tree as in src

For static files in template dirs:

  • go through template dirs in reverse order
  • scan for static files
  • export to output dir

Document that static files are not namespaced, so if filenames collide then those in higher priority template dirs will overwrite others.
