Oops -- that's a bit of a typo in my README :/
Since "oncall.rb" is a standalone script that doesn't end up in your $PATH, it must be called with an explicit path.
Assuming it's being run from the project directory, that should be "bundle exec ./oncall.rb". I'll fix the README now.

So after that it now works, but I ran into another issue

$ bundle exec ./oncall.rb
./oncall.rb:47:in `publish_call_redirection_for': undefined local variable or method `user_id' for main:Object (NameError)
    from ./oncall.rb:71:in `block in <main>'
    from ./oncall.rb:70:in `each'
    from ./oncall.rb:70:in `<main>'

May it be that the API changed in the meanwhile?

I goofed up when I was making the open source version of this and make a couple typos.
This should be fixed in 202d412
