Yeah sorry I couldn't check if it was running on Lion or not as I don't have Macs capable of running it. Hopefully now that it's open source, someone could work on improving compatibility with older OSes.

Well I have Lion, I cannot code, but I can test things out for you.
Come on, this is a new release, at least let's make it work as described before throwing it to the community for another long hiatus.

I know, but I wanted to be on the updated with, with the bug fixes (like volume control). I just expected it to work as it was in the release notes.

The latest release v1.2.2 is working on macOS Big Sur. Give it a try, if you have any problems please open an issue with full steps to reproduce.
