The bottom line here @nbolton is that if you copy Teleports UI/UX and put the Synergy engine into it, you'd have about as perfect of a functional 2.0 or 3.0 as anyone could want for the next release. Teleport, in my experience, does just about everything right and in a very cohesive way. Get yourself two macOS virtual machines on a system and run Teleport on an older supported macOS so you get the full experience. Emulate that and you're golden. Everything is so intuitive and it handles everything that's currently needed, included multiple displays, so nicely.

I updated Teleport and released v1.2.2 which runs fine for me on macOS Big Sur.

I've also opened a pull request to re-add teleport to homebrew cask. Once that is merged, you'll be able to install with brew cask install abyssoft-teleport.

Could we have some precompiled versions of this again that are updated vs building ourselves?

You can download a version of teleport compiled with xCode 11 and with the latest fixes here:

Runs very well on two machines with Catalina (and/or Mojave). Install from scratch and enable encryption.

Hey @tomads I'm using the build you posted above and I'm having a problem with running full screen videos on my target (second) mac. If I'm playing a video in full-screen mode I lose control of the second mac (just freezes) until I exit full screen video. It does this across any website. Any idea on a fix for this? Thanks!

Sorry, no idea. In my case, there a no freezes when playing full-screen videos on the target Mac (=the shared Mac). For example with Amazon prime in Safari, IINA or VLC or any other Media Software. Try reinstalling teleport from scratch on both Macs and use encryption.
