You can just remove the Normalization Layer:
if True:
x = Reshape([6*6,64*3])(x)
att = MultiHeadsAttModel(l=6*6, d=64*3 , dv=8*3, dout=32, nv = 8 )
x = att([x,x,x])
x = Reshape([6,6,32])(x)
# Remove this line
# x = NormL()(x)
It worked for me :)
