I've seen that you are not the owner of the npm package 'svg4everybody'. Unfortunately Nathan Ross hasn't updated your package to the latest version, yet.
I think it's important to contact him (use npm owner ls svg4everybody to find out how) and maybe transfer the npm package to you to ensure that it stays up to date.
Many people won't notice that they don't receive the latest version when plainly doing npm install svg4everybody, assuming that they've just fetched the latest version.

ohh I forgot I made that..., I actually had stopped maintaining it when I did because I thought people were just supposed to switch to referring to the official git repo in their package.json
