I'm just using jonathantneal/svg4everybody#ca10ae3c8e7d40fdb251c95bae25d0e1a62469d4 specifically for the time being to get this out the door for my needs.

I have finished work on v2.0.0 which includes Microsoft Edge support and I plan to release it tomorrow.
