It's just a view which display a calendar and draw a little dot for indicate there is something one day. The datasource is used for knowing if there is a event at a specific date and inform you when a user select a date.
I'm not sure to understand what you want, but there is not relation with the calendar event from your iPhone calendar.

Thanks for you quick reply. Can't I use EventKit to get my iPhone calendar events and provide them to JTCalendar, like in a NSDictionary or NSArray?

The calendar i made doesn't display any information about events and it's not bind with them. It's just a view for show what day there is an event by calling - (BOOL)calendarHaveEvent:(JTCalendar *)calendar date:(NSDate *)date
. But it doesn't show any information about an event, you have to create your own view for display what you want.
My calendar do nothing more than show every day in a month and draw some dots.
If you want to use calendarHaveEvent
, i recommend you to put all your events in a NSDictionary and use the date as key for having something like that:
{
@"2014/11/18": [
MY_EVENT_1,
MY_EVENT_2,
MY_EVENT_3,
],
@"2014/09/18": [
MY_EVENT_1,
MY_EVENT_2,
MY_EVENT_3,
],
@"2014/11/13": [
MY_EVENT_1,
MY_EVENT_2,
],
}
This is a pseudo representation, not objective-c code. And when calendarDidDateSelected
is call you can do what you want for display the event at this date.
