finished the first episode and it was a pleasant experience, somewhat makes me want to try classic text based games again. at the start of the second episode after succesfully killing the zombies after going in reverse the it says "Continue..." and closes itself. my only guess is that there is no more. i thought i saw somewhere the amount of episodes this game has but i don't remember where.

First, thanks for trying out the game! Second, this is correct as the game isn't entirely finished and doesn't currently plan to be finished without the help of others. However, I plan to maintain and fix this game if bugs or any other issues occur.

another two things which i'm not sure if they're intentional: -the game lets you choose to load a save after dying. if you do choose that, it takes you right before you died only that without any items. -when dying you can choose if you want to start again or not, if you choose not to it immediately starts again (at the house), instead of asking the difficulty.

• If you do die and choose to reload the save, you should still have all your items from the previous checkpoint. Were you running release v6.0 of the game or the latest changes?
• I just tried to replicate the same issue your having with restarting and selecting no and I could not find the issue, I am using the latest updates of the game instead of v6.0. Keep in mind, I'm going to release v7.0 very soon so id recommend playing off of that version when it comes out.
