That is correct. For PHP 7.4 the last available version is 1.1.9 (deprecated). As of version v2.0.0 it was completely restructured, as you can see in the CHANGELOG.

It is not ideal, but you could replace the code in the files. By removing the mixed data types and making a few small changes, it would already be compatible with PHP 7.4 (tests will not work).
