It is right under "Get all hosted libraries in JSON format". Right now, there are listings for 3 CDNs; you pick which one by the CDN name after the /v1/.

BTW, hopefully sometime we'll get all CDNs available under 1 API call.

@willfarrell As @tomByrer mentioned, you can get the library listing directly from API root. Try something along: http://api.jsdelivr.com/v1/jsdelivr/libraries (replace jsdelivr with cdn you want, see README for supported). If you want a smaller payload, provide fields attribute (ie. fields=name,mainfile).
