We can get keywords without .ini
even. If a package is available through Bower or NPM, we can simply use that.
For this to be truly useful I would need to add some sort of support search within arrays.

Nah, leave that up to the front-end (for now). I think @megawac is only asking for the data to be available in the response; I think they're grabbing the full API for the new jsDelivr.com website & using another search backend IIRC.
