http://oss.maxcdn.com/fontawesome/4.2.0/css/font-awesome.css looks good to me.
And I purged the cache too as you requested in your email

Hmmm, still broken on the jsDelivr CDN, have a look here: http://cdn.jsdelivr.net/fontawesome/4.2.0/css/font-awesome.min.css?ver=4.2.0

The MaxCDN does not have this typo, but for whatever reason the jsDelivr version does. Am I using the wrong CDN or something? I thought you'd recommended I use cdn.jsdelivr.net.

Can you try again? If its not working can you tell me the provider you are hitting? (just ping the hostname)

Sorry, not sure what you mean. If I just view the following URL, I see the issue:
http://cdn.jsdelivr.net/fontawesome/4.2.0/css/font-awesome.min.css?ver=4.2.0

The incorrect .woff @font-face declaration looks like this:

url('//oss.maxcdn.com/fontawesome/4.2.0/sfonts/fontawesome-webfont.woff?v=4.2.0')

/sfonts should be /fonts/. Is there some other info you need?

Thats what im saying. Can you hard-refresh that URL? And if you still see the problem can you ping cdn.jsdelivr.net and paste here the results?

MickeyKay avatar MickeyKay commented on May 24, 2024

I did hard-refresh the URL. Am I missing something? I just put it in a new incognito window in Chrome and force refreshed - same issue.

As for pinging, here is the result:

Looks better now. Any idea what caused this?

jimaek avatar jimaek commented on May 24, 2024

An incorrect merge by a mod caused that. I fixed the problem immediately but it got cached.
We are already working on enabling auto-updates for all projects to minimize this kind of all human errors.
