Upgrade to Latest Revision of Rhino (was Inline comments and semicolons)

I believe this should be reported as a bug to the Mozilla Rhino mailing list, because I can reproduce the same error without using any JSDoc comments nor running any JSDoc code whatsoever.

foo = function() { }
/* hello */ bar = function() { }

If you try to simply run that code with rhino, you get an error.

java -classpath lib/js.jar org.mozilla.javascript.tools.shell.Main sample.js

This was fixed in a recent commit to the repo, though it appears to be unreleased.
