Hi, Is "q explorer auto refresh" the configuration you are looking for? You can set it to true and reload vscode.

I'm sorry but I cannot find this setting
I can find a command to do the refresh on demand though

What is your vscode-q version?
The feature is only available from v2.3.4.
You will need latest vscode for the latest vscode-q.
After installed latest vscode-q, try ctrl+, and search for "auto refresh".
