ok I think I've found it at least. Its in driver D wile the app is looking for it in C. Maybe I should move it? I don't want to do anything that might brake it.

This can sometimes happen if steamvr is installed in a different place than steam. Its possible to manually add enable multiple drivers:true to the config file, it will work the same.
