• preprocessing pipeline -> storage of results in postgres db (test document set of size 10)
• results read out by xmi-writer and checked for integrity
• elasticsearch application transferring of results from postgres db to local elasticsearch installation
• ES query successful
• adapting SemedicoMedlineFieldsGenerator to GePi needs (at this point I need info on what has to be queried for GePi)

As long as there everything is listed and documented, I am fine with closing the issue here.

I have briefly created two projects (check Projects tab above), where issues can be included and organised.
I find this a more appropriate way to organise our todos.
If you agree we can write issues here and link them there, as well as organise todo stuff there, without creating an issue every time we find a working item.
