I'm very new to JS so I really don't know what is better, I think I
prefere dot notation.

I haven't found another solution using generator's template function. If
you can fix that though, I'll happily accept the PR.

Also I have a question, why does you changed the approach from index.html
with a js inside to the main.js on the js folder? Is it a better way of
doing this?

tl;dr It was just my way of doing it, there are many other options.

Concerning the change in index.html thank loads main.js;
I just wanted the html to be "clean", just html no js

Also I understand that (function(){})() is for calling the function, on
the phaser template it isn't necesary to do this, so why do you put it like
that ?

Yep, not necessary at all ... but in case you'd like to add some
funcitionnality in one of the "states" and only want it to be available in
that context you can do it ...
I like using IIFEhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Immediately-invoked_function_expressions
that's all.
